About Partnership

We typically begin a partnership with an initial face-to-face meeting with a representative from your nonprofit organization, so we can explain the model and answer questions you may have. Many organizations are unable to make an immediate decision because the decision making flow often involves a volunteer Board of Directors or an Executive Committee who typically meet intermittently. We don’t mind, because that process rarely limits the enthusiasm or interest of participants.

FAQ's

SHARED
Our unique service delivery model  is based on sharing one person among a limited number of partners.

By working collaboratively, nonprofits are able to share everything from grant writing, to training, to technology development, to printing and logistical services. The main goal is to have all nonprofit work together to be more productive in accomplishing their own missions, build better practices through efficiencies and reduce individual agency costs.

Professional

What make our partnerships work is the type of person provided: a highly skilled professional, a willing, problem solving worker.

Specialists with the experience, skills and background of that provided by InSource could easily draw a full time salary of thousands of dollars a week. However, using the shared resource concept, InSource offers nonprofit organizations a highly professional solution for a fraction of the cost.

resources

Over the course of many years company founders have developed a wide network of vendors who supply everything from computer hardware and software to office supplies, ink jet cartridges, furniture, paper, and a wide range of other materials, all at lower costs than most nonprofits can buy off the shelf.

Obviously, paying top dollar for supplies and materials is a wasteful use of donated money. It’s just not good stewardship. Unfortunately, there is often no other solution available. Until now.

what our partners are saying

"God has brought an incredible resource into the life of our

church! The CEO really knows his stuff. Within a six month time frame, we raised more money than we ever have before for our outreach ministries, streamlined our church management functions, and stabilized our technology and telecommunications problems. On top of it all, we share in true fellowship with the company founders and everyone they bring into our church. We couldn't be more happy with the problem-solving mentality and strong work ethic they bring to the table. Every nonprofit, church and Christian ministry needs to learn how to InSource rather than outsource!"
